____Initials - Consignment term 90days, Consignor gets 40% of the final selling price; 50% on Baby Equipment priced over $25.00. Items are reduced by 20% (30days), and 50% (60days), Baby Equipment is reduced by 20% (30days) If the equipment has to be cleaned the consignor split will change to a 40% of the selling price. All Equipment/toys requiring batteries MUST have them; Equipment/toys that do not have batteries will have a charge of $2.00 per battery. Your items will be looked through at time of drop off and any items found not suitable for resale will be given back. Any items found not suitable for resale at the time of inventory will be donated.
____ Initials - All Unsold items must be picked up within 2 business days of notification, no exceptions!Please make sure your contact information stays current at all times. We will email you or call and notifying you of your unsold items and give you 2 business day to pick items up. Again items not picked up by the 2nd day will be donated
___Initials - Consignor’s payout period 10th - 15th must have a balance of $10 to pick up a check. Money under $10 can be used as store credit or roll it over to following month. Consignor’s money is held for 4 (four) months, If there is no activity such as store credit or picking up a check the money is Forfeited - No exceptions! I do not give reminder calls; it is the consignor's responsibility to check in on their account monthly, you can email us or phone us
____ Initials- Beginning February 1st, 2008 due to the rising cost of supplies, we will no longer issue checks with a balance of $10 or less. Payout money under $10.00 can be used as store credit. Items pulled before 90day term will come with a $1.00 charge per unsold item(s).
____Initials - Effective January 1, 2010 Re: Consignor’s Checks If a consignor’s check is lost or misplaced, Baby and Beyond will not be responsible for reissuing a new check nor will they allow store credit for the amount of the lost/misplaced check. Baby and Beyond does not mail out checks...
Baby and Beyond consignment will not be held responsible for items due to Theft, Fire, acts of God, etc. Also Baby and Beyond will not be responsible for lost or misplaced checks.. I have read and agree to the terms outlined above
